Added a "Screen Caps Only" Page

We decided to add a "Screen Caps Only" blog to our little family of blogs. We won't pretend that we will be able to keep it in chronological order but you should be able to find what you're looking for. Please send us screen caps related to "The Lost Experience" as you get them.

We fixed our feed! You should now be able to subscribe to this blog.

Blogger girlonthewire said...

this has nothing to do with the screencaps, but.

visited wikipedia article on valenzetti. in that article the word Fibonacci is in bold. nothing else is bolded.

i'm sure you math types know what the fibonacci numbers are.

well the "graph" of the golden series, to me, looks a lot like the hanso foundation yinyang logo.

and there is some rumor that ABC may have added this stuff to Wikipedia.

On the official ABC Lost page there's a blog from "Someone in the know" or something like that, and it said to check out the Valenzetti wiki article, so I'm assuming that it's semi-valid when it says Valenzetti hasn't been heard from since a plane crash, but unfortunately, the Valenzetti wiki page has been changed .

The Wiki-article has been deleted, but it can still be seen here http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/Valenzetti

What if the reason for Gary Troup's book The Valenzetti Equation is out of print is that The Hanso Foundation has bought every copy of the book and made sure nobody will ever see it?

I just saw on the Tail Section forums people have said that have gotten email responses from Hugh McIntyre. No one is sure if it's a bot that responds to certain keywords or if it's a person answering. Not all emails have been answered, but some have. Would be interesting to know if this is significant or not.

I just sent the following email. We'll see if he responds:

Mr. McIntyre,

My name is David and I am the administrator of a weblog called "The Lost Experience Clues." (see thelostexperienceclues.blogspot.com) My friends and I have been tracking recent changes to the Hanso Foundation's website and hundreds of thousands of people around the world have begun to take notice of the same changes. My website has become a forum of disussion about what the changes (or hacks) to your site might meaning.

We are all curious if you were aware of the dramatic changes/hacks to your Foundation's website and were wondering if you could answer a few questions:

1. Do you know who "Persephone" is and why she is hacking your site & phone system? What about Rachel?
2. Is it true that Alvar Hanso has been missing for several years? Could you tell us of his whereabouts?
3. Is it true that Dr. Mittelwerk is not actually a doctor? What measures are you taking to confront his dishonesty?
4. Who is Liddy Wales and why is her picture missing from your site?
5. Do you have any comments concerning the meningococcal outbreak in Tanzania that was apparently covered up by the Hanso Foundation last September?

Five questions is enough for now. The world would greatly appreciate any insight you can give us.

Please feel free to consider any information I have posted thus far concerning the Hanso Foundation and let me know of any errors.

Thank You & Namaste,

Here is what I have decided about Lost. This 'experiment' is on US! The writers of the show want to see how obsessed we can become, how many hits their websites will get and just how crazy we will be over this show. It is an experiment on how the media can affect our lives. We are being told to check websites without knowing why; and we do it. Sort of like how Locke was instructed to hit the button without knowing why; and he did it. What do you think???

I've just watched this episode and I've realized something... Didn't the game clue "Miracle" we had refer to the miracle girl? Am I crazy or the game told us something that we would see later? So it's true that we must connect the game to the show... did anyone think of the continue for the Miracle clue? Maybe based on ep 21?

5/12/2006 12:31:00 PM
Blogger Lino said...

fear-me: that crossed my mind to, but was soon dismissed because there are a LOT of "miracles" in the show, so why a reference to this girl in particular?

If We are searching for clues we must focus on what we are searching for. Right now, the main problems are:

The disappearence of Alvar Hanso : why do they put a picture on thf.org saying his picture is from 2003 when its from way before that? He disappeared in 2002, so someone is clearly lying about this. They are running the company and made it appear that Alvar is.
->Maybe someone should email McIntyre and ask for an interview with Alvar. See what the guy says.

Mittelwerk: Ok, he is not a doctor. So when did he get in? Who invited him to the Hanso Foundation? When? Why?

Based on what I've seen on sites like http://lost.beloblog.com/
it sounds like Hugh is responding to press-related inquiries. Seems like he is trying to get out information to someone who can make it widely available to the public-- journalists, online newsletters.

-There is another folder for London.
-The date for London is 14.06.2000 and -Copenhagen is between them at 12.11.2000 (my birthday!)

I think the letter is an easter egg, and I think there will be many of them. The parent directory is called “extra” and we were told not to be distracted with misinformation at one point.

FWIW: The Hyperion address on the letter is really the props department of Disney. Yes, I'm a nerd and Googled it.

I don't think there is anything to the letter not being signed since it would have to be snail mailed. This is not to say there isn't significance to the Hanso and Mittelwerk signatures.

Each time my the clock does the OB:EY thing it seems to disappear on my screen, but that’s because I'm on my laptop which washes out colors. The site looks totally different on my desktop at home. There are a bunch of other things that are washed out for me, like the puzzle for Missing Organs.

With so many people starting to use “namaste” I’m expecting it to show up on T-shirts like “Oh my God they killed Kenny” :-)

the web site from the commercial is www.subLYMONAL.com

My point is there are people out there with nothing better to do than to try to make fools out of us by making up stuff and sites and sending us on wild goose chases.

EVERYTHING OF IMPORTANTANCE has been handed to us via the TV show.

5/3 TV commercial telling us to call the 877-426-1614 phone number and go to the www.hansofoundation.org web site.

from there we were told to sign up for the newsletter where we meet Persephone and to send Joop a message.

On 5/10 when they were ready to move on they gave us the subLYMONAL website.

The Hanso website is responsible for the press releases and when they are ready to proceed they active the OBEY link and the date below Alvar picture.

Everything else, all the assumptions and theories about all the other websites has been a hoax and has nothing to do with the game.

Don't try so hard, stop worrying about album covers and information you find on other websites, because chances are they are fake.

When they want us to find the next clue they will, through the Hanso site, everything has been connected to it so far.

Blogger DeDJeZTeR said...

First let me say I am sorry about the mis reading of the website... I looked at it quick and thought you were wrong when in fact it was I who was wrong...

Second let me say that the album cover stuff I was trying to figure out was in the images folder of the HANSO site... along with the two letters and the images of the Hospital corridor, caltech letter and shadow that goes on the caltech pic.... these are indeed in game and I was hopeing that there is a clue there...if not I agree I would be grasping at the air trying to catch nothing but it could be there for a reason... why else would a file of charlie.jpg be hidden inside of the hanso site.
