Clue #20 - 2nd Official Hanso Foundation Press Release

Wow. I received THIS PRESS RELEASE over email. I haven't seen it on any media outlets yet but it is from Hugh McIntyre again (See Clue #4 for the first press release). How cool is this! It looks like the Hanso Foundation has made this a "preferred site" or maybe they consider us "press". Whoever sent us this email...Thanks!

Weird. They referenced the show Lost. I am now more confused then ever. A golbal, and seamingly nefarious one at that, company that was created on a TV show is now advertising on that show and referencing that the show that in essance created them. It is hard to comprehend the mobius strip that is the game/show.

Why are the creators of the game/show choosing this "fansite" as a legit source for clues via e-mail. Im not doubting it I really am just confussed as to why they would use a random outsite source such as this one. If I am correct there are dozens or lost sites out there so i guess i want to know why is this one special and how do you know we know if the info is real. thanks

I don't think the creators did choose this (although you never know...wouldn't that blow our collective minds!)

This is simply fans trying to organize all the clues. The "legit" tag is just to emphasize that the site owner will try to sift out the real, useful clues from the rumors and junk.

That "About the Hanso Foundation" part at the end of the press release appears word for word what it says in "Bad Twin". It's got to be part of the game.

this press realese is totaly fake..

Yeah, I agree, it's a fake. The end line simply says "Media Contact: Hugh McIntyre" and from the other "official" papers we've seen, they never end them that simplistically.

Kudos for a nice effort, though.

that kinda irks me, you got a press release and I didn't. I emailed Hugh McIntyre on Tuesday morning, and never got a response. Ah well, the game is afoot.
