Clue #21 - 3rd Official Hanso Press Release

Another HANSO PRESS RELEASE from thehansofoundation.org
Hugh McIntyre gives out his email & phone #! What a great guy!

Oddly, the press release says that the release date is 5/6, but whatever. In summary it explains that there has been a security breach of the website, but that no one's data has been compromised. There is also a secret link at the bottom of the letter than if clicked will sent you to a website. To my knowledge, no one has heard back from trying to contact Mr. McIntyre either by phone or by email.

Phone Number: (206) 861.5017
Email: Hugh.McInTyre@hansofoundation.org
Hidden Link: http://persephone.thehansofoundation.org/

EDIT
There was a random video on the Hanso site for just a few hours.
HERE we go! Video with SOUND!
or HERE! Pointless hack/hoax?

I think that the thf.org is a legit site as it's in the Wayback machine from 1998.

i think thf.org means thehansofoundation.org. you are suppose to login to the hanso site, not thf.org... thf.org is not registered by abc.

The numbers on the old Hanso site http://emri.perception.net/ are the same numbers that come up on the http://persephone.thehansofoundation.org/

With May 2nd being the date of the UK launch for the game, is it possible this message was meant to be read before the launch of the game? It seems to me like it was meant to point people to TheHansoFounation.org before the launch of the game, not sending us there afterwards. Otherwise the next, real, May 1st is 361 days away and long after when the game is supposed to end. Also, the fact that THF.org seems to be the site for an actual organization it seems entirely plausible that this may be another remnant from before the launch of the game. But hey, maybe it does have something to do with adjusting the clock on your computer, seems the best direction to do more digging if you believe this is important...

"The ROT13 decoder doesn't decode numbers. So I guess you have to make it manually. That means it's not May 1, but May 14. Maybe then we'll get news from Persephone."

Lol, please ignore all of my previous post.

I did send an email to admin@thehansofoundation.org and told them someone named Persephone had hacked into their site earlier today.

I also sent Hugh a note reminding him of a baby shower coming up. Told him that we were expecting him.
