Clue #31 - DJ Dan

Opinion of this blogger: The blog located at www.insidetheexperience.com is obviously an official ABC blog. It should be referred to often. However, while they will track all legitimate clues, they may also try to throw us off a little if they feel like we are getting too close (ABC has admitted to doing this in the past by posting "red herrings" annoymously in message boards & forums - A "red herring" is a fallacy/lie in which an irrelevant topic is presented in order to divert attention from the original issue).

The powers that be recently embedded the URL www.djdan.am/index.html into the source code of thehansofoundation.org and (coincidentally) "Speaker" at insidetheexperience.com was the first to notice.

The DJ Dan website is about conspiracy theory and references Alvar Hanso, the Dharma symbol on the shark, Persephone, Joop, and something about Alvar being cryogenically frozen in Pheonix. DJ Dan is anti-Hanso for sure.

Looks like the site was created only recently and made to look (and sound) like it has been around awhile and has a huge following. Read it and listen to the podcast. Interesting, but not sure what it really means (if anything). If it is a legit ABC clue, it tells us a lot....like I said earlier, probably a "red herring".

Look at DJDan's home page...the picture of Joop at the bottom has some areas indicated in red. Checked at Hanso, and no new links with Joop or his pictures, but could be soemthing to watch out for.

Hi- I've been reading posts here for a while without ever posting. Lurking, right? hm. so- DJ Dan's got Alvar on ice in Phoenix. This is the first time Phoenix has been mentioned, right? Are there any connections at all over there?

Have you noticed DJ Dan has been on Desert Storm -- which is the same operation Sayid was captured? ;)

Phoenix, eh?

I remember the story a couple years ago about Ted Williams' head being frozen in a cryogenics lab in Phoenix. So I did a little searching.

These guys said they weren't responsible. Check out their address.

Another funny thing I noticed about DJ Dan is that on the bios page, it lists one of his possible birthplaces as Terre Haute, Indiana. Peter Thompson, from The Hanso Foundation was born there in 1959...DJ Dan sometime in the 60's.

And the page was loaded but with the same content as THF.ORG site...

you aren't paying close enough attention at all... or maybe you didn't read any of the posts... The DJ Dan site and TheHansoFoundation.org share the same IP address, thus DJ Dan is a part of the game.

DJ Dan is Javier Grillo-Marxuach. The resemblance is undeniable. I wonder who the female co-host is. Anyway Javi would be perfect for producing the Lost Experience as he was responsible in large part for the mythology/greater story arc of LOST. I say he left the TV show to mastermind the experience. He keeps popping up in relation to all of this...any thoughts.

well, we know for sure its "in-game" so i dont know where all this red herring stuff is coming from. did i miss something, or was there nothing really new on there, besides the idea that hanso is frozen.

personally, i think that as a conspiracy buff, anything he said isnt meant to be taken seriously anyway. cmon, he said idaho was a hoax.

anyway my only point is that i dont think we should write this off so quickly. if anything else, they gave us a definite morse code translation didnt they? all this confusion earlier over which version of it to use, and we have a real one now.

Paul: I seriously doubt that thing is on the island. did that thing look like a large cloud of smoke to you?

Just looking at that one link with the morse code on it and there is a paragraph right before the morse code that says "Tell them the truth and ...." and the rest is blanked out. The completed phrase should read: "Tell them the truth and they'll think its hell"

thought this might be of some help.

"well, we know for sure its 'in-game' so i dont know where all this red herring stuff is coming from."

it can be both in game and a red herring. as this post states:

"However, while they will track all legitimate clues, they may also try to throw us off a little if they feel like we are getting too close (ABC has admitted to doing this in the past by posting "red herrings" annoymously in message boards & forums - A "red herring" is a fallacy/lie in which an irrelevant topic is presented in order to divert attention from the original issue)."

i was just merely stating my opinion. more power to the others who believe the site is legit.

thanks, and namaste.

If you look at the source code on the djdan site the pictures on the left menu are ordered. But they are out of order, and one of em is a different file type. I put them in order by name on my website, and then I put the original order. There has to be something with that because none of those buttons are valid in any searched. See what I came up with: http://www.dp3dcss.com/lost.php Def seems to be a message. And yes djdan.am and THF.org are on the same physical computer. However they dont want you to know that, because on some pleaces they have tried switching the ips, etc etc. www.domaintools.com has some useful tools for looking up domains. Let me know what you think of the images.

i know this is insignificant, and i only noticed this because i'm a Trojan... but "Tonya Jefferson" (of which "Trojans" is an anagram..) got her Ph.D in "Communications" from USC...well the degree she *should* have gotten (if she really did have a doctorate) is a Communication Ph.D from USC's Annenberg School of Communication---no "s" on the end of Comm. anyway I know its trivial, but its even further proof that the site isn't real (or ABC hasn't done its homework)...so who is "Dr. Tonya Jefferson," if she doesn't really have a Ph.D?

With the buttons in order seems to say something like this: Member of Consipre Act Now Think Member Stop them Genwatch there.

THERE ***(06.PNG)

if you look at the letters that are on the left of the dividing line in the buttons, you get the letters "co" "act" and "tnk".
one possible combo for this is "contact k".

Just for your info... Macon, Alabama is in fact a HOAX

Anyway ... D.J. Dan was indeed a clue, He mentioned Persephone by name = Go to Persephone #'s site
Persephone site = Standby
Standby for what? The ep tonight which will bring another clue... (hopefully not one we have found already like the last time, subLYMONal.com)

Now that Co, Act, Tnk = Co-act and think... which is what a true conspiracy theorist motto would be
any thoughts???

I just run all of the words on the images on DJ Dan's site through an anagram generator... nothing solid came of it (although a few stupid anagrams emerged). I really want to believe that they're there for something... at the moment the contact K thing is the strongest idea put forward, i think.

DJ Dan.....I saw him at the Coachella Music & Arts Festival back in 1999. People told me to go to one of his shows because the hottest women show up to see him. I don't know what his tie in is with Lost but I hope they have permission to use his name. You can find his web site at www.djdan.com . Oddly enough he's flying back from Austrailia to California this week.(check his gig schedule)
