Lost Experience Podcast Episode 1

As if there wasn't enough going on with all the new clues and the season drawing to a close, we thought we'd go ahead and create the first ever podcast specifically for The Lost Experience followers. Tune in to hear our sometimes provocative "15 Thoughts in 15 Minutes".

Click HERE to launch iTunes, find our first episode, and subscribe.
Click HERE if you'd rather just download the file.

P.S. We know the recording quality could improve (a lot!)...we're not audio engineering pros, but we'll work on it. (If anyone in Dallas is a pro and wants to help produce the podcast - shoot us an email)

I'm liking that they put out the clue to the public and to the obsessed on the same day opposed to last week.... there wasn't a Tuesday where we were all hoping for more.

Though I'm not that psyched about these clues than last week's. I guess since the clue REALLY has to do with the sponsor... I don't want to find out that Amalgamated Bank holds the frozen reamins of Alvar Hanso.

I like that they give us the clues first so we don't have to wait through the crowds of ppl that aren't playing along as obsessively as they quickly log on after seeing the commercial on tv..... i'm in california and tonight's episode hasn't aired yet, but i assume and guess you might be referring to them releasing the letyourcompassguideyou site to the masses during the show in some commercial

belly (great name),

Exactly. Hell, go over to E!ONline's message boards and you'll see tons of theories about the sites not being put online until after the show airs on the West Coast...also a bunch of funny comments speculating about the site, even though they can't get to it.

It's fun laughing at other people helplessly flopping about. Now I know how the LOST writers feel about us.

Great podcast guys! Thanks for the message board mention (and yes, I *am* a female ;). Nightrider sends his appreciation for the mention too (he's not really involved with The Lost Experience...just helps me with message boards :)

*Very* interesting indeed about the numbers being a Valenzetti equation...(I might have missed that in the clue discussion here)...It seems to me I remember Damon at one point saying that the numbers might not be going anywhere, so I'm glad to hear otherwise :)

Dear Bellof Desire,
Thanx... I new about the stuff but it started to pop up all as I was getting ready to go to school (not a kid) When I get home at 11:30 pm here in NY I can't get a thing done on any of the sites. It's like LA traffic so to speak

Uhg! Smart box failing UHG!!!!

First time commenting on this blog, but been keeping up to date with the game.

Really really enjoyed the podcast, quite insightful and made me want to read up on the Philadelphia Experiment and The Valenzetti Equation.

Keep it up guys!

Haven't made it all the way through the podcast (need sleepy time...will listen tomorrow as I go into the city) but first thing I noticed is distortion. WAY TOO LOUD. It doesn't do that for any of my other subscribed-to podcasts so I don't think it's on my end.

Lookin' forward to listening to it though!

Just a comment on Hugh

Are we supposed to believe that this man with the woman on the video from Persephone is Hugh... This guy clearly has black or dark brown hair, while Hugh (by his photo anyway) is a blonde.

Any thoughts???

Also the letters above the Dharma symbol in the jeep commercial might be from what I could tell

0CHO MH UTHF HIT or what I saw myself NIT at the end

A possible anagram for OMIT THF HUNCH 0

Think this might be something???

It's been mentioned before that Hugh McIntyre's picture is just a stock photo. That's why they shot the video so you wouldn't see his face. Just suspend disbelief for now and accept that it's Hugh.

Also, I'm almost positive that the letters at the end of the Jeep commercial are just an anagram of "the mouthpiece". They're both 13 letters.

I've read this site pretty thoroughly, and did not see this - has anyone noticed the area you can click at the Hanso site to the bottom left of the 2006 Hanso Foundation copyright? By clicking on it, the illuminated spheres in the background will move back and forth. Not sure what this means, just an observation.

Now I think the RSS feed is crap.

It shows that Mittelwerk and McIntrye's profiles were updated this morning which is crap because this happened yesterday. If the RSS feed is going to become the way for another group of people to get the same clues...that sucks. I've been jumping at the RSS feed everyday to see if there's a change and wake up this morning to see what 99% for sure are just the same clues as yesterday.

Need more coffee. >:[

Interesting. I'm trying to load the site I get a page that says I don't have the current Flash version and thanks and Namaste, The Hanso Foundation blah blah blah. And then it timed out. Everything has always run perfectly for me until now, so... They may be updating!!!!!!

It looks like the site was hit or there's a capacity problem, or some other server problem.

I guess we'll need to try later.

Like the Podcast guys. Just a few things. You keep using the terms "antagonist" and "protagonist" a little incorrectly.

These don't mean "bad guys" and "bad guys". The protagonist is simply the character who we are given the main point of veiw from or who is simply the main character of the story. The protagonist can be bad. For example, you could even argue that Satan is a protagonist in Milton's _Paradise Lost_.

The antagonist is simply the person who is presented as an opposing figure to the main figure in the story.

Sorry, I teach English and, while I'm not anal, things like that start to drive me nuts.

Good job though, bruthas.

dedjezter... interesting idea for that anagram.. i'll look more into that and see what else I can come up with, but that looks like a pretty good shot at it...

For those of you that requested the videos to be strung together, I was working on it, but much to my dismay, have just discovered that someone else has already beat me to it...
