Listen carefully...This is big. After you view this clue, you will be completely barred from the Hanso site (kinda). It looks like, after one watch, they don't want us to be able to go back and view again. Of course, there are ways around this.

Couple possible causes of myocardial infection that tie into the ARG:
1. Rejection of heart following transplant (ties into Cape Town hospital organ harvesting)
2. Radiation (ties into the whole nuclear storyline. Didn't the South Gerogia thing happen in 2000?)
3. Acute exposure to heavy water, which is not radioactive, presents physical signs similar to radiation poisoning. Perhaps the doctor found high levels of deuterium in Hanso's blood?

I succeded in capturing the 'video'....on video but unfortunately Persephone asked me the name of the vik institue director and since I did not know it... Well it is the end of the video.

with all these hacks and podcasts appearing at times other than when we were informed they would, and now a ROT messageboard from the future (doens't matter which timezone you are in!), it made me think of Douglas Adams "Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so". Off to finish my breakfast...

You don't have to switch computers... just change the sub-domain (third-level domain), i.e. hole5.thehansofoundation.com, hole6.thehansofoundation.com, etc...
I think it SHOULD have a clue section of its own myself but as we know it just means we will jump up there to talk about the LEP clue as well.

the broadbandstories DJDan clip... tells Persephone never to give up and there is a shot of JFK in his car Dallas, Texas whcih I don't recall seeing on DJDan's site before. All the other images looked old news (except ones of The Dan himself)

The only thing I noticed was that all of the items were removed from Hanso's desk. I was not able to note the dates/times that the items were removed (or what was going on in the other screens as this happened). That's probably a good approach to take if someone is able to capture the recordings or replay the sequence, I think.
This will be a lot of work. Looks like research team will have a super busy week ahead. With all that is going on where will there be time to do the research on other stuff. Might be abvle to tie it in though so hey. Lets see how it goes.

I can confirm that the flashes are not hatches.
Also, there is some talk about whether there is a person not on the Executive Page right now shown in the video at the end of a recap of Persephone's actions.
In fact, no, that person shown is just the older picture of Hugh McIntyre, confirming that this seemed to be a recap going backwards, perhaps "undoing" what Persephone has done. Maybe this means that Persephone has finally and assuredly been shutdown.

I just looked at some of the images in the flash I just put through a decompiler. A few interesting ones that I cannot find when doing following the clue properly. I will personally not post them here for this reason but no doubt they will be somewhere out there on the web if you are interested. Several pictures are found.
I agree that there has a been a lot of things pointing to time. I have also thought it very possible from the start that some kind of time manipulation is within the scope of THF. We will see if it will pan out somehow.

I think that the amount of pictures that are there point to TPTB wanting us to look at the images in the flash. (not sure but they know we can look and why have so many (possibly something later in the clue but it never seems to be the case)). I know it is wrong to look for the passwords in terms of cheating but I have never found looking at the images spoiled anything.
I will still not post images because I would not like to upset anyone here.
interesting that both the ROT board and now this video surveilance have June 19 dates. Kat, what podcast did we get that was scheduled for the 21st? I don't think you can count the broadbandstories as a podcast if that was what you were refering to
And not that I can be spoiled any more... but don't forget those in the UK in particular are behind in the show. Which is something I think the research blog will have to keep in mind too (probably another reason to initially focus on the game specifically, till the UK has caught up more. FWIW Australia just had Lockdown :D )
I watched the 3 surveillance cameras again. It starts on May 20, 2004 at the Hanso Foundation in Copenhagen.
On September 13, 2004 The printout is taken from the desk.
On March 25, 2005 The disc and file is taken
On June 15, 2006 The letters (which I think is held down by a letter opener) are taken
ok, so how did you get to braodbandstories? The days are begining to blur together and I can't remember now the last time I was at the ROT but those last two messageboards weren't there. What to make of that DJDan broadbandstories clip? On the surface I don't see anything of significance, but we get more shots of Dan and Tonya... but nothing about Hanso, Dharma or any specific conspiracies... looks like just a plug for broadband, Verizon broadband to be precise ;) Cinsidering what else we have got in the last 24 hours it seems like nothing. Not sure where it fits in. Though it does tell Persephone not to give up, and that seems particuarly topical

And for that reason I don't know whether we will get anything on the 19th or not! ;) Maybe it will be the only day we don't get anything.

Make sure that you are shoing hidden files and folders (click start then run. type explorer and press ok. click tools then folder options. click view then make sure show hidden files and folders is selected).
Then go to C:\Documents and Settings\"""your user name"""\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects. Going into a folder there will give you a folder called www.thehansofoundation.org. Delete it and you can view again but as Matt says. You can see it here.

WOW! All I can say is WOW! After catching up, and running through the gambit myself, I have to make note of a couple of things:
First, since this is an "Alternate Reality", I think that our whole version of time may not apply. What if the game is actually happening at a date future to our own? I know this may be a bit of a mind trip, but with the number of time references being out of place, and knowing how well these guys have done everything else, what if the ARG is actually "future tense"?
Second, DJ DAN (actor-wise) is Javi. I had little doubt about it before, but now - no doubt whatsoever. Go ahead, go to http://radiofreejavi.com/ and see for yourself... better yet, open one of his "Ask Javi"s, close your eyes, and listen to DJ DAN!

o.k. I have not read any posts but I am freaking out. I just got a new computer so was going through all the old clues to be caught up and so that i could hear (for the first time since only my new computer has speakers) persephone's voice and the DJDan podcasts. When I got to Hugh's clues, and tried to put in the password, "the mouthpiece" I got a black and red hanso screen saying that the hanso site was no longer public due to intrusions! So I immediately came here and red the clue on the site, and so tried that but while I was able to get to hanso I was not able to put in "recluse" it keeps saying incorrect password. What am I supposed to do when I keep getting the no Hanso access site everytime I try the old clues

I believe that Persephone overstepped her boundaries and the Hanso Foundation has shut her down.
My continuous theory has been that this is a 1984 scenario of the evil creating enemies to itself so that it can control both supporters and opponents.
Thus, as per many of my statements, it was predicted that the pawns in this game are kept in play until they become useless or overstep their bounds of control and are then replaced by a new advisary for Them to control. Label Hacker is the newest pawn in the game, believing that what she is doing is right.
The Hanso Foundation believes that what it is doing is genuinely for the good of the world, similar to many leaders and people in general. But in reality, they are quickly becoming closer and closer to being a Nazi Germany.
You can feel it, can't you? Them preparing for something big?
Their Final Solution is near.
Can we stop it in time?
Or will this actually be the panacea Hanso speaks so highly of desiring.

I think we need to listen to rachel.... and start making more petitions and more involvement on getting the truth out of the hanso foundation.
If we are to take this game seriously then let's start by listening to this ingame character and protesting against the hanso foundation. The best way we can do this is by making petitions and sending in our complaints to the email addresses that we know. Let's take over this game and really own it!
I am in tears. I get a new computer so have to start over with the clues from the start, but half are not working any more, and so the new ones are not either. They probably would work on my new computer, but that doesn't have sound. So guess is you don't follow from the very begininnig of the game, or if you do (as I did) but then have your computer die and have to get a new one you are excluded

and it's shows you the recently updated portion of the website and takes you directly to it.
Since on the RSS feed it currently refers to the electromagnetic portion of the website , when you click it it takes you to that portion of the website and not the intro of the website.
o.k. Sanity has returned to me an and I have read all the comments. That was as great hack and this has been THE GREATEST WEEK EVER! But I am still "lost" regarding the Rachen Black reference and her site/video on Monster.com. Just right click on the page and click Play. It will bring up the normal page.
Now, the Label Hacker video is real. Check my above post if you really question it. Regardless, the original leak, I think, was a slip. Not a big one, though.
The name Rachel was mentioned three times in that slip, and then the code was changed to not have Rachel in there. The new code also inserted multiple names such as Amy just to make us think that the name was a random occurence or goof.
It was dealt with in a matter befitting with the most evidence(especially considering what we see today) a mess up.
Regardless, I do not believe Label Hacker is Persephone. It seems rather ridiculous. I wouldn't mind it, though.

Mommie, I don't know if it is the same, since I haven't compared myself, but since I have recently listened to some Persephone hacks (the early ones I could get into before being shut-down), I would say that the voices do sound similar.
it really is refreshing that the people here go out of there way to apologize and make sure to not offend while those in other forums (ITE) seem to go out of their way to take offense.

Louie1, as said before, I think it was a threat call similar to the one DJ Dan got. She is strong in resolve, but she probably still gets a little flustered by them. Anyone would.
Now, I am currently trying to figure out if Persephone and her voice are similar, as well.
The video gives me the feeling that she is not Persephone, but then, their voices -are- similar. They also share some similar phrasing. Regardless, she used "Persephone" in third person; so, I still believe it is not her but a very outspoken follower.
The bout at the end, though... about us all continuing to do it in her stead. And the beginning with how we've "come this far". It really makes you think this may just be Persephone.

The call center is a number given to us in a Hanso Foundation commercial.
It gave us the code breaking strain.
Wow!! Amazing clue - and things could get nasty from here on in between us, Persephone, RoT, DJDan and the Hanso-ites (ie. Mittelwerk...)
Anyways, just giving my two cents, here's a few relevant notes I took from the letter:
- The letter is addressed to 'Signor Hanso'
- All letters sent to Hanso at any address were sent back
- Hanso apparently has, or used to have, a Narvik Villa
- Hanso apparently contracted a myocardial infection in Madrid
- The doctor's name is Eliza Vasquez, M.D.
- They treated Hanso in Madrid and took a blood sample from him apparently against his will; the subsequent blood test said that Hanso will have a heart attack in the 'near future'
- There are no dates or anything on the letter to determine when it was written, but parhaps we could figure out the timeframe by referencing to the interactive map of Hanso's travels that Persephone gave us a while ago?
Also, the first time we saw the red Hanso message about the site being closed, there was a message that flashed up for half a second in white:
nobody is safe

So this brings to me the question of,
What if Hugh was telling the truth when he said it was just a fabrication of the hacker Persephone? That would be one hell of a twist, and This game is a drama and all good dramas have a good twist a couple of weeks in on TV. For example just take a look at LOST. What do you make of this?
Madrid was the last stop on that map, 31st Dec 2002. lab_tech typed the letter out and it is posted above, the doctor said she felt Hanso might have a heart attack in the near future. Wish we knew what was unusual about the results
I can confirm with almost 99.9% confidence that the video and this latest hacks are not only in-game but something that has been in the works over the last month.
Anyway, on to issues. I believe there are snippets cut out because she editted her video. Who wants to show themself crying on camera? Or rambling at one point? I don't smell foul play in the editting.

I still can't access anything (despite clearing cache, hitting refresh a gazillion times and trying various different things instead of www) and the only video I've seen was too low quality to actually read anything of the writting other then a handful of words.

Well with the Speaker, and possibly the others PTB deleting comments from the ITE blogs, this is one of the few places safe to post information withoiut cencorship.
First, I haven't completely read ALL of the posts, so sorry if this has already been answered.
I was able to view the hack twice (once with a different browser) and I took a bunch of screen captures the 2nd time. I posted them all at Ringo (the Lost Experience), and on the Jay and Jack Forum, under The Lost Experence and LEP 6/16/06 or something like that.
They are pretty big images, so they should help. I did take caps of ALL the date changes and you can see what goes missing and when.

Thank you Matt the Pale. I've been only lightly skimming the posts so far until I could get to see it for myself. With my local ISPs crappy cache issues I've not been able to access it directly. So now I can take in all the posts and post my own conclusions. Here we go...
Rachael does sound like Persephone I'll give you that. I need to find an audio snippet of P really to look at it for myself. But I'll give you, it is possible.
But I also don't see much in the broadcast that we didn't already know. With that in mind, if it is genuine, why would posts about it be removed? If it was legit and slipped out too early why do anything about it?
Anyway, off that topic for a sec, my current theory on Mittlewerk and Hanso is simply that Hanso is Mittlewerk. Hanso is old, but has something strange in his blood and apparently is at least a little aware of it because he didn't want blood tests done.
Being devils advocate to my own theory, I can't explain why they didn't just fake Hanso death. But then if they planned a long term removal or imprisonment surely they'd fake his death there too. So where does that leave us? Why would you leave people wondering where Hanso is unless you plan for him to come back? Why would he need to be temporarily removed? If it is temporary why transfer powers to Mittlewerk? Hmm....

Is the Hanso site now shut out to everyone, even those of us who were not able to get into the latest clue over the weekend? I have tried every suggestion in the comments here and all I have seen is the black/red "this site has been hacked" message. I want to see what everyone else has seen! Help???
