Clue #101 - Fragment Code "tribalwars"

Fragment Code "tribalwars" was discovered in a Jeep advertisement in this week's People Magazine. Plug this code in over at hansoexposed.com and you'll find that video fragment is of Mr. Beardy saying, "Alvar Hanso". It appears that Mr. Beardy = Alvar Hanso after all...curious!

*Check out Matt the Pale's summary of all the found fragment codes at...Matt the Pale's HansoExposed Video Fragment Code List

Thanks to VA and Gunner for emailing us first about this code.

Wow- so if Alvar is around 40 in this video (don't know what do you all think?) and this video is 1970 (is that right?) that means he would've been like 5 at the end of WWII....something is definitely fishy here....life extension? Am I doing all the math right?

thanks, christy. Well, that sucks for me, as if my parents catch me up at 2 am I'm gonna be dead. I'll try for it though. However. I definately won't be able to call in. Wow still sinking in that it's really Alvar. So where the heck is he now? And, if the pic of him on THF website was accurate... then when did he stop taking the life extension juice- because he obviously aged at a normal to accelerated rate between the timing of this video and the pic on the website which was dated in the early 90's.

well both nanite and tribalwars have been the one two found in magazines right? specifically ads in magazines. and are the only two that are actual words, rather than codes - so perhaps real word codes do not have glyphs, while those with glyphs are random numbers and letters.

Noble, I agree that there may be some significance to the words, but I don't know about them being real world clues. Technically, you could consider the posters "found" by Ninja's crew and David's shirt as real world clues. But maybe there is something significant about magazine clues? Did that make any kind of sense?

Re: the glyphs I think that TPTB give the info to speaker, ninja, admin, Sprite, Jeep, etc. and tell them to distribute them, probably give them some guidlines, but then it is up to them to put them out there how they want. I think Jeep and Sprite just didn't get that the glyph was supposed to be released w/the code inside. Does this make sense?

8/11/2006 04:01:00 PM
Blogger NobleLawyer said...

just trying - I am willing to maintain a healthy level of skepticism that Beardy does not = Alvar, but just as I refused to call mr. beardy Alvar until I got more information, I will go ahead and start calling him Alvar from now on rather than Mr. Beardy, until we have further evidence to the contrary.

Tribal Wars - Wikipedia
The forum's other major infiltration into the rest of the web involved afflicting roughly 300,000 CNN readers with a modified form of the "goatse" image.[5] The opportunity to do so arose by chance after a still image captured from film of the September 11th terrorist attacks was hosted on TW, claiming that the devil's likeness was visible in the clouds of smoke billowing from the towers.

SubLymonal.com when I use "DVR" as passcode, I get to 3 TV's, choosing far left TV, I then get 4 lymon videos, one of which has the pic from Matt the Pales posted mag pic above. Is this new or am I a little behind?
(BTW, at least 2 of the videos features mouth parts in un natural places...aka flowers with mouthhs, and a man's eye that morphs into a mouth....reminded me of this mouth looking ear from Lost season 2 ep 19)

erich: I'm right there with you. The implications are that THF is supporting and possibly giving information to the Lost TV show. But why would they do that?

This Apollo bar thing and the excitement about getting one, makes me wonder if Rachel was being fed information by Hanso and (purposefully or not) fulfilling some sort of scheme by Hanso to get their name in our minds and our eyes on what they're doing. (I'd never bought into that idea before.)

So is the Apollo bar distribution Hanso's effort to "shutdown" their conspiraspy opposition and bring about their better tomorrow?

hansolow: Thanks. That's what I thought but I couldn't find it. I'll wait until it's a real code and TLEC puts an enlargement up.

Thanks, belly too. :-) We need a new joke about how great it was when Admin David took over for TPTB yesterday. Any ideas?

Blogger Twinkle said...

Erich: Yeah, lots of people have been saying it but not until all of us are ready to drive across state for an Apollo bar did I buy it. Lost fans eat the bars. Lost fans receive a signal in the season premiere. BAM! We're Hanso's or dead or something?

I did not see "chocolate". I will try to capture video, then extract screen caps to examine furthur. But there is a caricature of some sort in at least two of the vids......the caricature or cartoon figure, flashes by VERY fast

Outside of the ARG, I think TLE is about shedding the mythology of Hanso and the numbers in relation to Dharma island. If TPTB distance themselves from it a bit and explore other mythologies related to the island, they aren't trapped by their own mythology like Star Trek became and have lots of new story angles to explore. So maybe at the end of the ARG it will be officially announced that Lost no longer is affiliated with the vanquished Hanso Foundation and will stay true to it's artistic vision.

***Season 2 Finale Podcast Spoiler***

The Lost season finale podcast as much as indicated that they were ready to move past Hanso and get to deeper and older island mysteries.

I read the ad that Matt the Pale posted from a scanned mag image. It hinted that the "video" should be rewound, and played back in slow motion....thats what I am trying to do. Did I miss sumpin? LOL,

"the music's to loud and it's giving me a headache"

8/11/2006 07:56:00 PM
Blogger Twinkle said...

hansolow: I agree with you. I'm just adding that by shedding light on the Hanso stuff in TLE, TPTB are reducing the mystery of it possibly so they can explore other mysteries.

Who knows? I was also speaking in relation to the mysetery about Hanso supporting LostTV with advertising. I don't think they could keep up the impression that Hanso is funding LostTV after this summer.

Guess we just have to wait and see, but it's sure fun to speculate about.

Well here is a little lost music question for you guys. What is the the Charlie was singing in Episode 10 : "The 23rd Psalm" when he and Jin were fishing? Here is some lyrics
from it.

He’ll make you laugh, make you smile,
And make you feel good for a while.
Wicked smile, decadent grin,
He likes school girls, nuns and virgins.

Evening all! Just called DJ Dan. A guy answered, not DJ Dan, sounded like it was in the guy's house/apartment, a little hollow and some banging in the background. Said DJ Dan wouldn't be on for a couple of hours. He let me leave my question though which was cool. So if by the slightest tiny chance DJ Dan mentions FYSB from Dallas, that's me!

Probably of more relevance to the board, my question was "What exactly happened to you that made you hate the Hanso Foundation so much?"

This is actually kinda cool....the fourth wall is dissolving...

OMG Fasten-I was so shook up that someone actually answered, I didn't even think to ask my question! Guess I won't be calling in when he is live...I'd be useless!
