Clue #118 - Fragment Code "ING93A11RO86"

Fragment code "ING93A11RO86" has been found. Here is how Kevin found it. First he went to the Singapore Lost Site then he clicked Goodies and in the links to the right is the Lost Experience Starts NOW! link which lead him to the glyph. Nice Glyph Hunting Kevin!

Enter the code at HansoExposed to see the newest fragment. This fragment is of Mr. Beardy saying "we've constructed several stations on the island."

Thanks to Kevin for emailing us with this!

repost from the last clue:

OK, let's see if this works!

I set up a blog where people with Apollo Bars they're willing to part with and people looking to get their hands on one but can't make it to an event can trade (and many more people can join in the fun of WIA.com w/o having to photoshop a picture of the bar). If you fit either of those categories, or are just curious, go check it out!

ps: if people don't like this idea or have a way they think it would work easier, let me know!

I am just wondering how many golden oracles have to be posted before RB gives us the info. I mean it appears her decision to release whatever this information is is based on something completely arbitrary.
Why does she need to wait? The longer she waits the more opportunity THF has to find her and keep her from releasing the info.
What is this info.?

No one's suggested yet that Apollo Candy may be 'on our side'. After all, the guy who started it was just a chocolateer, not a Hanso employee. It may have been taken over by Hanzo at a later stage and used as a front.

Maybe the Apollo employees are now fighting back?

also how does putting the sri lanka video now helps us stop whatever horrible thing they are doing there?

RB took this video when?
It has taken us how many weeks to put it together?
Doesn't it seem that by the time we get it together enough to do anything about it THF will have already hurt possibly already killed hundreds, maybe thousands of people?

On the question of how many bars/oracles must be found -- it seems to me from the rules and the patterns that anyone can post any kind of doctored photo on the site. The only thing that matters for triggering the next revelation is the number of ORACLE photos posted. These are confirmed by TPTB because they bear unique codes. If this is true, the "number of bars" is really irrelevant and just to keep us busy.

Also, the oracle appears to be a stamp that is added to the wrapper, not pre-printed. That makes it harder to lose to "non-players", but also less random and therefore less "fair".

Comments?

What were your answers to the questions? I did not get a VIP pass :(

Here are my answers:

* I checkout blogs & podcasts every week. Yes
* Having the latest technology as soon as it comes out is very important to me. Yes
* I prefer to spend most of my time at home. No
* Friends look to me for the latest trends, styles & recommendations. Yes
* I prefer the pace of city life to the suburbs. No

admin: I sent it to TLEC e-mail.

The numbers on WIA.com would be thrown off by multiple people taking pictures and posting them at WIA.com because the site is keeping track of the % found of the % released.

Still I agree that anyone who wants one should be able to touch one and take their picture. It'll just throw off teh WIA.com calculations.

Blogger NobleLawyer said...

actually there are TWO parts to RB releasing whatever she is talking about. Her isntructions state:
"Only when enough of the 'golden oracles' have been found, only when enough of the world is watching...."

it is therefore important as well to have lots of people in lots of different locations log in. That is the whole point of the map for RB - to see when enough of the world is watching. Therefore multiple people taking pictures with the same bar (as long as it is not a golden oracle) will serve the second part of what RB needs to reveal her info. That is more people in more parts of the world.

on the vein of TPTB... (excuse the length of this post)
I am beginning to wonder if Juan Carlos Coto (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0182871/) is also partly involved with writing for this ARG somehow. He was a producer/writer for Invasion this year on ABC and worked as a writer/editor on The Pretender with Javi. What brought this idea into my mind was watching an episode from season 3 of Pretender on DVD last night entitled "P.T.B." (Powers That Be) which centered around a Conspiracy Theorist Radio Host. The first few minutes immediately reminded me of DJDan...the same crazy callers, the same dismissals, the same threatening calls, the same extreme interest when a caller brings up a real conspiracy. Seemed too similar to be a coincidence and with his links with Javi and ABC...? Hopefully they'll tell us in the end who put this all together.

I've been a lurker here since May, and just want to say a big "well done" to everybody here at TLEC and share my little theory.

In previous posts I mentioned a few ideas about who could be meant by 'Mel': The Director of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (so a tongue in cheek note that that earlier film is better?), Mel as in Mel0drama (Rachel's contact/helper), Melanie Walker (Rachel's fake identity in Sri Lanka).
But we did not get anywhere with either of those.

missmegs has created a blog where you can sign up to receive a bar in the mail from someone who is able to get to a distribution point. It's kind of like a chain letter deal--you get the bar and take your pic with it (in front of a landmark near you or a postcard of your area or something), then send it on to someone else who didn't get one. That way people all over the world can get the bars and we can see pics from locations outside the select few chosen to get giveaway events! Check it out: http://apollotrade.blogspot.com/

I just got back from Central Park with seven Apollo bars - none of them golden. Can someone post the info for sharing the bars again, please?

Just for a change, the people who are handing the bars out have no clue as to what they are doing. A lot of people who are actually there for the concert are getting bars, eating them and throwing the wrappers away - I myself went fishing into two garbage cans for used wrappers (disgusting, but necessary). No cigar, though.

I got there at 6:30 and was lucky enough to meet a guy wearing an Apollo t-shirt and carrying a big black bag before I even entered the Park. He knew nothing about Apollo (he thought it was an actual company) and after I filled him in on the story he stopped before entering the venue and let me have a look at his bag. I and a girl from the "Refugee" website tried to go through the bars he had but did not find any of the golden ones. He ended up giving each of us three bars and then one of the organizers of the event came and took him away. We then met dev, who told us that someone had told him that the bars would be given away at 7:30. Right after that we saw that people were given bars away at the exit and went there to see if we could get our hands on at least one golden bar. People were actually nice to us and they let us search their stock, but then security came and said that anyone who had received a bar would have to leave the area. I got four more bars and left. We then met Marcus and some lurkers from TLEC there. We tried to stay around the exit to prevent clueless people from throwing away the wrappers but security did not let us stay. I had to leave, but I think some of the TLEC people were going to go in again and try to get more bars.

So, if anybody knows someone in NY that could try and go there, they are giving out bars before the end of the concert and they are letting people take more than one.

Cryminee Belly, it sounds as if they are just throwing them to the wind to whomever catches them whether they're in the game or not! And there are so many people who would have gladly sent postage to ABC to get their very own bar sent to them in the mail and actually appreciated and used them in the game. It really burns my toast when people of some authority make up strict rules, and when you go to great pains to follow and trust those rules, then they aren't followed and it all breaks down to heck. Grr.
