Clue #131 - Fragment Codes "KCQBMLI6" & "ZR2JI"

Fragment Code "KCQBMLI6" was found in 4 pieces on a glyph hunt beginning on Ninja's MySpace Page. He has a blog posted on myspace and it ends by saying, "These aren't the droids you're looking for..." (piece 1) and then gives us a clue that leads us back to this post on his blog. When you check thel link Other Girl's got the scoop, you get piece 2. Finally, on his latest post, he ends his post by saying, "And finally, I hope you've got your detective caps on...? (Notice the hidden link? Piece 3) Near my seal begins the tasking, it's the question we're all asking..." If you go to his post featuring his seal, you'll find that his Where is Alvar link isn't really what it appears to be (It's piece 4).

All that work is worth it because the video fragment is of Mr. Beardy saying, "That is the work to which you have comitted yourselves. Change the core values of the Valenzetti Equation, and you will change the course of destiny."

Fragment Code "ZR2JI" was found on the London live-glyph hunt. Dacky, Ian, and one other person were some of the first to the scene. They sent us pictures of the glyph painted in the grass (close up) and also the glyph on a clear sheet of acetate. The video fragment is of Mittlewerk saying, "And in spite of every effort of the Foundation, we are gripped in the tyranny of those six Numbers."

Stay up to date with your hansoexposed.com fragment codes by visiting Matt the Pale's Fragment Code List.

Thanks to Donn, Sleeper, and Lavenda for emailing us about these codes. Also, we wanted to give a shout out to Pzy, Dissonation, Matt the Pale, & Main for contributing significantly to the glyph hunting.

In other news, a few of us had a great time gathering together at the Dallas Apollo Candy giveaway event on Wednesday night (sponsored by our local ABC affiliate - check out their blog covering TLE). We all got plenty of Apollo Bars so be looking for our pictures on whereisalvar.com and count on us sending our extras to apollotrade.blogspot.com as soon as we get the chance!

I agree with your mother (or is it my mother?). Great pic of all you guys, by the way. I'm hoping it will be a long clip explaining what the numbers are the answers to in the Valenzetti Equation. Something like: "4 is the number of atoms bombs dropped, 8 is the number of years until something something happens." It would just be upsetting to get all these fragments together just to tell us that the numbers are the answer to the Valenzetti Equation and not explain the actual equation.

Good mornng everyone! your mother, you are a smart, insightful woman - that IS a fine looking group.

The giveaway went very well. After watching previews of Ugly Betty and Men in Trees, there was a big drawing for some gift baskets...Admin didn't mention this, but he was a big winner and is now the proud owner of the Super Nanny book. All trolls on this site can expect to be sent to the Naughty Chair now. The Shade fellows were there, handing out some amusing flyers about the Apollo Bars containing pure evil.

As we walked out, everyone was handed a bar. Once the theater was cleared, they offered those of us milling about a second bar. No fights, no riots, unless you count Ms. O warning the masses at the top of her lungs "The Candy is Full of Drugs!". Awesome and very funny.

The only golden oracle that I know of was mysteriously found by someone who appears to be an employee of ABC. Coincidence?

All in all, a terrific evening. It was awesome to put names to faces, though I felt a little peculiar introducing my self as fastenyourseatbelts. ;>)

The only problem with the Sri Lanka video and the Numbers is that it's not consistent with what the guy Hurley got the numbers from said. The old crazy guy (can't remember his name) said he heard the numbers transmitted during WWII while he was a radio operator. The Valenzetti Equation wasn't commissioned until the 60's. Alvar Hanso then built the transmitter along with all the other stuff on the island. So, where was the signal the old guy heard coming from???

There are certainly a large number of number stations trnasmitting numbers across the world.

The Wikipedia entry says:

Numbers stations are shortwave radio stations of uncertain origin. They generally broadcast people reading streams of numbers, words, or letters (sometimes using a phonetic alphabet).

The voices that can be heard on these stations are often mysterious: mechanically generated; spoken in a wide variety of languages; usually female, but sometimes male or those of children.

Evidence supports popular assumptions that the broadcasts are channels of communication used to send messages to spies. This has not been publicly acknowledged by any government that may operate a numbers station, but in one case, numbers station espionage has been publicly prosecuted by a US court.

Numbers stations appear and disappear over time (although some follow regular schedules), and their overall activity has increased slightly since the early 1990s. This increase suggests that when they were spy-related phenomena, they were not unique to the Cold War.

The Wikipedia entry : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Number_stations

even mentions lost

It was definitely better organized than any of the other events in NYC.
Overall, I was impressed with this event.
I still can't believe that there was waitstaff serving free hors d'oeuvres, desserts and coffee, and an open bar!
I didn't take advantage of that bar, though, as I couldn't justify having a drink that early.
I hope that the other Acura Apollo events are like this for people who attend them in other areas.

I have pics, of course, but not uploaded right now. I was exhausted at the end of the day yesterday, and I don't have them at work with me right now.

Inengland; I always thought that "Him" meant Alvar also, but when I was re-watching S2 this week, sometimes Fenry says "Him" with a kind of fear in his demeanor. Now I wonder if "Him" is TWM? Mr. Beardy doesn't seem too scary in the video, more like a frumpy corduroy-suited professor type. But the others also say "Him" sometimes with a kind of awe-filled reverence. I dunno.

Question: If the hatches on the island were actually meant to change the numbers of the Valenzetti Equation, then what is the point of The Pearl station?

I dont know if anyone else brought this up before or not. Why would they have someone documenting the hatches? Did they once need those manuals, and now dont since the funding has been pulled. Did Alvar himself stand there and get the reports when they were sent? could Alvar potentially be on the island then?

I really like the Milgram idea with the Pearl station. It certainly makes sent if you want to manipulate the world you need to learn how. The Island would be a good test bed. Mmmn It's the middle of the cold war and DHARMA are looking at the psychology of people living trapped in bunkers. How can they manipulate them, push the button, don't push the button. Somehow I don't think they were working on the prototype for Big Brother.

Think of all those Nuclear Subs and Nuclear Bunkers - get the message and press the button - did DHARMA want to find a way to stop a Nuclear War (or start one?)

I have no idea what they are going to do for the release of #70- but it's going to be pandemonium because...we're all here... just...waiting...for it to be released! A free for all!

locked on lost - yeah, we're in TV pledge right now, and radio starts in October. It's never ending!

I love This American Life on NPR - but we do air Car Talk, and Wait Wait as well :)

Twinkle, I think the other 8th grader you're thinking of is Lost in Frogurt. I miss that kid and his dancing panda avatar!

Me too! My son always wants to see it and he's not on anymore!

As for past jobs, I taught middle school for one year, one very *long* year. Then I eventually switched to teaching computers to adults. "Click this button to create a new page. Now type your name. Press "enter," the key on the right with an arrow. Yes, it did give you a new line! Good job!"

Actually I loved it and it got me started programming a little. The best thing about that job was that I had a captive audience to tell stupid jokes to and they wouldn't throw stink bombs in my room!

Belly: me either! It makes sense though after whoever it was who tried to name the "Lost Ladies" got in trouble for missing like 8 of us, lol.

Hi MissMegs

Yeah possibly a fail safe - I know there was always theories that if the order to fire Nuclear weapons was gien half of the sub crews etc would refuse to fire and this was as true for the US, The UK and The USSR. Maybe they thought that there was a way to influence all the crews/button pushers. They were looking at Para-Psychology and things like remote viewing too so this would tie in.

Watch for me, I'll be with my son. He's much older than your boys, 30. I'll wear my pink, breast cancer kerchief; I'm a survivor... that should stand out.......

great pictures of your family. I just love kids, especially if they're someone else's..............

sorry I haven't done any pictures of myself since my diagnosis in '01.

TLCM - I can understand that completely.. My Mother is a survivor... I will wear that shirt also... that should help! My mother got EXTREMELY upset if anyone took a pic of her while she was in treatment.... she is doing great now. She was diagnosed in 2002.

I feel the same way about kids! Love the ones I can send home! Get plenty of that kind coming around all the time...LOL

I saw a thing on A&E or the history channel about remote veiwing a few weeks ago. It was really weird; unsuccessful but weird.
