The LetYourCompassGuideYou.com site has been updated! Go there and you'll see a rather strange card with a snowman on the beach, as well as a message that the site has been removed. If you click on the word "remove", however, you'll be taken to this video in YouTube. Also, if you "Ctrl A" the page, you'll see the following link at the bottom: 13/9/19/19/9/14/7/15/18/7/1/14/19
It takes you to the Index of /usr where you can finally find the missing_organs.zip in the trash folder. The title of the document inside the zip file is "Evidence of the Hanso Foundation's Crimes". Also, you'll find that there are some new entries in the OpenersHep.log file regarding William T. Kilpatrick (WTK).

I'm wondering if there's something we're missing about this latest development. It seems kinda bleh to me.
We already were of the opinion that THF was evil. So, to be really shocking (TEAR THE FOUNDATION APART!!!!!), they'd have to be doing something either really really really evil that we'd never have thought of (pooping on spinach crops), or something good that we'd never have figured they'd be capable of.

i think the vialex info and compass schematic is pretty telling. (although, as an electrical engineer, i take issue with them calling that figure a schematic)
OMG! I was in Troy, Mich having a crown done at the dentist when this happened! The bar/restaurant looks like Joe Cool's to me. It's on Big Beaver Rd. (16 Mile) and I was on Long Lake (18 Mile). I was pretty high on nitrous at the time:) It's pretty cool having things happening in Michigan since they didn't have Apollo bars here. Well, I'll just have to ask my son-in-law who works for Chrysler what the heck is happening and where they put their out-of-line employees..I'm sure he'd know:) Or...was it Hanso that go WTK?

I don't think the guy in front of the cameraman also has a camera. It looked more like a bicycle seat to me, as in he parked his bike, locked it up, and brought the seat with him inside so no one would steal his bike.

Okay, so Daniel Bolda was certified 'dead' on 1/17/06, and then administered Vialex on 1/19/06, but he's listed on the air manifest as a "DONOR" on the South Africa - Switzerland flight on Oct 25, 2003.
So he was flown to Switzerland in 2003, and then came back to Africa in 2006, where he died and had his organs harvested? hrm.
Maybe this isn't so random. Maybe they're telling us that one of the two guys who became organ doners (Josh Cyccane and Daniel Bilda) through Hanso's evil intervention is responsible for Rachel being alive today....."I'm living proof"?

Random, yes. All the sponsors are probably just tying up their "storylines" as best they can. I doubt we're going to derive any solid info out of this. It's just jeep's way of saying, "here is what happened to the zip file and WTK." I've only glanced over the document and it seems like it's just reaffirming things we already have a good idea about.
I'm interested though to read through the document carefully and see if there is anything really helpful in it.

I'm 99% sure the video was filmed at a Potbelly's restaurant. It's one of my favorite lunch spots (there are 3 very close to where I work/live) They are known for having live music and the finish out/decor was very Potbelly-ish.
dante - I think what that means is that THF forged the DNR orders to make the deaths seem like "what the patient wanted," rather than "we killed him for his spleen."
However, I think we're looking at at least one typo. The date under the morgue photo for Daniel Bolda is a month in the future (10/17/06). I'm sure it's supposed to be 1/17/06.

So, maybe Hanso has these hospitals where they take relatively young (in their 40's) patients with mild problems and have them sign a do-not-resuscitate form (after all, THAT'S not going to happen...it's just a formality) and then they do something to them that puts them in cardiac arrest. They can later show officials the DNR paper and it's all legal. They harvest organs without the loved ones knowing about it......

Airlines require you to list a lot of info as to what and why etc. you are transporting something. Probably was getting too hard to get past without causing suspicion.

It might be a big deal the the DNRs were forged. There's something very fishy about the DNR on page 5. The "fax" looks like it is faded or didn't transmit, but the signature and the black-outs are perfect. It looks like they were added later.

so far nothing popping out as unusual or a "special feature" it was created on a mac this morning using the latest version of creative studio by adobe. that's all i got.
Another email from All_Games brings up something interesting in the new LOST Season 3 poster. There is something about the eye colors. All_Games points out that Sawyer's eyes should be blue and Kate's eyes should be green. She also reminds us of the episode with Jack as a child with brown eyes. Jack's eyes are unusually blue when he pleads with the airport attendant to allow his father's coffin on the plane. She points out that they appear to be 2 different colors when Jack changes his report regarding his father's sobriety during a particular surgery. She recommends watching the DVD where it is easier to make out things like eye color. There seem to be a number of discussions regarding the new Season 3 poster all over the web.
It would be interesting to know if any of the actors wear color contacts during filming of the show. I think the colors on the poster may be just for artistic purposes. Eye color changes to some degree based on the lighting so I don't know if this is really a clue.
My question would have to be: Why are the pictures taped together? I suppose it is because the survivors have been studied carefully and the poster makes it look as if the Others have a room with photos of the survivors taped to the wall. The DYMO label maker label is a nice touch. Twenty years ago, every scientist used DYMO labels to label stuff in the lab. I know this! :)

adelphiadella: the 'pop-up' of special features says it allows you to use the embedded pictures in new ways. By clicking on the picture tasks button, it asks you if you want to export pictures, export/edit pictures, and a few more. I don't think there is anything to this but I could be wrong.

Just an observation on sponsors and marketing...."Please Help Me" video was posted on youtube just a few hours ago and has been viewed over 1,000 times.
Other videos on the jeepchannel have only been viewed around 30-50 times, even though they've been up several weeks.
Just a proof point that hiding clues at the sponsor site does drive traffic. I probably know a lot more about the Jeep compass than the average person after combing through their site repeatedly.

Yeah, it looks like WTK got turned into hot dogs for his trouble. And in light of this development, I wonder what will become of the ROT now that they've added that most recent post. I also wonder if Rachel will address any of this with DJ Dan and maybe discuss the ethical implications of what she's been doing. In the beginning, I thought that something would come of her terrible recklessness, but nothing much came of it. But now she has a lot more blood on her hands, so to speak.

So do the organs tie into the Sri Lanka video? Are these two guys people who might have been infected by the virus? One of the theories was that THF, even Mittlework, believed they were doing good by saving the world, they just seem evil to us because they are willing to do it at any cost. How would the organ harvesting fit into this theory? Are they trying to transport the organs to analyze them to change one of the factors of the Valenzetti equation? Just trying to tie it all together.

One of the drivers of the "unchangeable" Valenzetti Coefficients is human life expectancy.

I commented in an earlier thread that the giant banks of computers in the Swan station probably are there for the same purpose, but they have a problem with finite precision that the savants don't suffer from. My theory is that computation errors caused by the finite precision accumulate over time, and therefore the program has to be reinitialized with the correct values of the coefficients periodically -- about every 108 minutes.

I used to be in law enforcement, the only way you can get lic. plate info. is via computer with an agency PD, SO, Gov. etc or dealership/insurance can contact a dept. to have one checked if they have a code number.

Just got home and WOW! At least TPTB seems to be trying to tie up loose ends! And they are confirming stuff we already guessed or knew of (albeit with some cool details). Hi, noblelawyer: Yes, the "acting" in that video seemed pretty lame to me. Definitely not Academy Award material! LOL
Maven - Maybe the lame acting was why the crowd was so passive about his being forcibly kidnapped. It did seem many people thought it was real though... in which case it's horrifying to think that not one person tried to stop it. Which makes me wonder if the crowd might have been actors, because what would they have done if people attacked the kidnappers in a rescue attempt? Even if it was a huge fakeout (which I don't think it was), it was extremely convincing and I completely loved it.
Was that fun or what?

The Hanso guys are going to kill djdan during his live podcast or we'll find out that he is working for hanso as well. But I think they'll kill him. It'd be a perfect way to end TLE by leaving it unfinished.
They only thing we'll find out is the fact that Alvar Hanso is on the island. I doubt they found him and got him to djdan studio.

So just why was John Locke so whack as to name his for-pay-phone-friend after his ex-girlfriend? Is it just nostalgia? Or is the man bent? Well, sources close to the Hawaii set claim to have seen some footage being shot of Locke's woman being show in a death sequence. This would be the "original" Helen played by Katey Sagal. Segal has recently joined the cast of "Boston Legal". The death scene involves a car accident that wasn't exactly an accident.
My thoughts (this is an old theory of mine) Locke and Helen were under the peir that collapsed under Hurleys weight.
